Holy Cow Time Flies!!!

Wow, I'm not great at this blogger thing. The last time I blogged, it was NOVEMBER! So, needless to say some time has passed since my last post. Mike and I are doing great. Our Christmas was so fun! We had a great time with friends and loved ones. I quit my job in January and it was AWESOME! Avalon just wasn't the place for me. I really miss my co-workers and the girls, but others, I don't miss at all. So far I've just been a stay at home wife and I love it! I've applied for other jobs but nothing has came about yet. Mike is such a hard worker! He's been enjoying his job. He's been traveling quite a bit. He went to LA a few weeks ago. He was at the airport and ended up seeing a couple of celebrities from the Sun Dance Film Festival. He saw Alan Thicke (dad from Growing Pains) and "Lex Luther" (I don't know his real name). He actually had a chance to chat with "Lex" for a bit. He said he was a really cool guy. He said he hardly recognized him with his red Mohawk instead of his bald dome. He got home from LA, then had the weekend off then flew to Seattle for a week. He will be going to Portland in a couple weeks and then Topica Kansas for 2 weeks. We're trying to see if we can work it out that I get to come along on that one. We're still kind of in Limbo when it comes to the final work plan. We're hoping after the month of March Mike's job will know what they're doing with us, but who knows. Mike and I had our 4th wedding anniversary on February 1st. Unfortunately Mike was out of town on that day, but we celebrated before. We're pretty laid back when it comes to Anniversaries and Valentines these days. We both just love to be able to go on a date. That's all we need. :) It's so great to continue to learn and grow together and our relationship just keeps getting better! I'm going to really try to keep up a lot better on my blog, that includes taking pictures.
